Investment Charges for Wine Investing

Portfolio arrangement, documentation, transport, receiving, handling and documenting all wines into your private
account at Octavian Warehouse is charged at 2.55% for the first year. From the first anniversary of the cellar, the
annual management fee is just 1.5% of the cellar value for European Investors and 1.75% of the cellar value for International Investors.

A discounted annual warehousing charge of just £9.02 per annum which includes insurance and storage has been secured for our clientele.
